How to Order Online
You can order securely through the online shopping cart. Once you have placed your order using your Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping
Shipments are mailed within 3-5 working business days and are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Customers will be notified of any unusual delay via email. Orders received on Friday, after 3PM (Central Time), will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Repairs
Great care is taken in creating our jewelry designs and each item is inspected for quality and durability at creation as well as before shipping. However, if an item from our collection is found to be defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it within 30 days of receipt. Repair or replacement at my expense is contingent upon adherence to the Jewelry Care guidelines found on this site and does not include normal wear and tear nor any type of mishandling of the jewelry. Please note that gemstone beads and pearls are products of nature. Therefore, slight imperfections and irregularities are inherent for the material and should not be considered defects in craftsmanship.
Return Policy
All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender. All returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the package.
1. A copy of the confirmation email must be included in the package.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Returns must be packed in a padded envelope or box depending on item size.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns. If you paid your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
